Use scrub: After cleansing your face, apply a small amount of scrub to your skin. Rub your fingers in small circular motions, paying particular attention to the T-zone. Avoid the eye area. Then rinse with lukewarm water. The skin is soft and ready to be nourished. Use 1-3 times a week, depending on your skin type.
