Yes. All returned items must be in their original state, with the box or plastic to be unused/undamaged before they can be accepted for a refund. Your original receipt must accompany your returned items(s) to process your refund. We find that we have remarkably low return rates and we are proud of the high quality products that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on products that have not been opened or used. Since the client can’t return the item in store, the client also has the credit note option.

Why are Parfumerie Éternelle products non-returnable if opened?
Perfumes and beauty products are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. We are not alone; other beauty supply stores do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.
How do I make a return?
You must contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org or the head office (450) 681-9195 within the industry leading (10) day return period. Refunds/exchanges are not permitted after the allowable return period. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All Parfumerie Éternelle products must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. We will then provide you with our return address where the returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. Opened merchandise will not be refunded. Items purchased online can be returned to any Parfumerie Éternelle store or shipped back to our warehouse.
Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?
You are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Parfuemrie Éternelle will not be responsible for lost returns. Also, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you.
When will I receive my payment?
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned products were not opened in any way and are in the same state as before being shipped.
What is the return period?
We will provide a full refund on unopened products within industry leading (30) days of the date that you receive your products.
May I return a product(s) without contacting you or getting an RMA?
No. You must contact us prior to sending your return. Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your refund. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied as returns cannot be accepted at our warehouse facility.
