Je ne suis pas satisfaite du tout de mes achats chez vous car ce n’est pas le produit que j’ai commander et quand j’ai écrit pour aviser on m’a répond que c’était le bon produit, que c’est l’enballage qui a changer. Ce n’est pas du tout vrai. Je suis très déçu et ne commanderai plus chez vous.

A very reasonably price and internationalpostage for a perfume that has now sadly been discontinued. It was one of my all time favourites back in my 20’s! I was so excited to discover that this company still sells the original item. The item arrived in brand new condition in its original box identical to what I purchased back in 2006. I will definitely be buying again. Thank you for a smooth transaction and facilitating some perfume nostalgia.

This perfume has been off the shelves for a while... it's light floral and sweet. To me it's smells like pears and rasberries. But someone else told me it smelled like roses and gardenias. Just love this perfume to death, I'm going to treasure this bottle.
I ordered this cologne for my friend and I contacted Parfumerie Eternelle the next day to confirm this was the cologne I purschased and wanted; in detail. It was confirmed that it was! Unfortunately it was not!!! I received the item and was a bit upset. It was not what I wanted and it appeared to be an open box/tester item. That being said, When I contacted PE they were very quick to respond and get back to me to make things right and even called me. They offered a coupon for, if I shalt, decide to make another order and also sent me an email to return the item and get a full refund. They asked me if I liked the scent and I did but it was not what my friend was looking for. In the end, I ended up keeping the cologne for myself bc I liked it :) As for the whole shopping, placing and order and them getting back to me with my concerns, I would give a 3.5/5 star.
I love this gel and will continue to use for as long as I can get.
