Schwarzkopf PH neutralizing treatment is a post-color treatment that stops the oxidation process during a color service. It neutralizes and strengthens the hair by smoothing the hair fiber. The coloring hold is therefore maximized in 30 seconds. In addition, the treatment helps detangle hair after a coloring service.
